| Enjoy a fishing trip with Registered Maine Guide Dan Armiger for smallmouth bass, perch, pickeral, trout or almost whichever species you may desire. Located in central Maine we're right in the heart of smallmouth bass country and lakes with northern pike or streams full of brookies are never to far away. We specialize in local trips for either 4, 6 or 8 hour trips with up to two people. This is an alcohol free trip and I like to practice catch and release as much as possible with smallmouth bass. Ride with me as we motor our way up and down secluded regions of the Sebasticook river and nearby ponds and lakes. Our cabin is located not even 2 miles off of I-95 and the river is maybe 2 more. We are within three miles of a hospital, a motel, grocery store, etc. yet you could spend all day out on the river without seeing another person. Since this section of the river does not recieve much fishing pressure, the smallmouth bass often grow to trophy size, and there are hidden places nearby where a parent and child or someone just looking for fast action could spend all day with just a bobber and a worm, reeling in tasty white perch while enjoying the local nature such as bald eagles, waterfowl, deer and the occasional moose. Of course we can do specialized trips up in the North Maine Woods for some unbelievable trout and salmon fishing, or we could go about 40 minutes southwest to the belgrade lakes region to fish for northern pike among other species. Or design your own trip, whatever species of fish you want, just tell me and I'll put you on it. I have fished since I have walked and have grown up in the outdoors, I can't always guarantee the fish will bite, but I can promise an exciting outdoor excursion that won't soon be forgotten. |
