Our family raised beef is grown as naturally and humanely as possible.  When the weather allows they are allowed to graze and given grain when necessary, and in the winter they are fed grain and good quality hay.  Any beef that goes into the freezer is fattened on grain well before.  This allows the meat to be tender and properly marbled.
